Description
Round 1: I tried to make them a bit more realistic, because in the originals, the eyes/expressions were just way too cartoony. I messed around with colored shading versus just black this time around. I feel like my shading just looks so soft and plasticky, but yet when I shade with a hard brush, it looks unfinished! Hopefully I'll figure it out eventually. I changed the ears of Phantrunk, because I really didn't like how they went from round hedges to boxy hedges. I tried making the legs look more natural as well! All in all I'm pretty satisfied.

Overall, the new designs are a vast improvement in, easily in anatomy and coloring. On the other hand I recommend keeping some cartooniness into the design, mainly because the Pokemon style is pretty cartoony (especially with eyes).
